Parking lot cooking

Since I travel with the mobile grill academy, I cook a lot from parking lots of hotels and stores. I'll start posting a lot more.  Today was prosciutto wrapped pork loin.chove and spinach blended mashed potatoes and asparagus.   Cooked on 22 master touch.

I'm gonna have to look up a spinach blended tater recipe for St. party's cook. I'm guessing I could start with the Weber website. Lol.
