RumBar

It's been awhile since I've posted any pics so I'll try to catch up with this post.
Just some wings and poppers.

Next up is some smash burgers topped with Nathan's hot dogs inspired by Steak and Shake

Ribs and a new rum!

Baby backs and St. Louis cut.
New lights in use.
The following were from last weekend. Some friends took over the grilling for me as I was self-medicating with yet some more new rum.

New grate on display!

The food line up was pretty decent for a Saturday night cook. The prep.

Bacon wrapped mushrooms stuffed with spam. Don't judge us, it was early and we needed a snack.
Shrimp on.

Grill time! Bacon wrapped mushrooms stuffed with spinach dip and crab meat. Lobsters on too! Also had some pork tenderloin cut up into medallions with sauce in there too.

By this time in the evening I had over medicated and failed to take pictures of the 10+ pounds of beef short ribs we had but I did get some pics of firing up the second grill.
Getting a bit hazy in the cook shack, might need to clean the fan.
I also forgot to take a pic of the sunset that night but I did get a pic of the moon set the next morning.
Thanks for looking!

Everyone does cooks like this day in and day out.  When are you going to step is up and do some challenging cooks!  ;)  LMAO!!!!!  I love when you do posts like this of a handful of cooks all together.  I just sit here and scroll down to the bottom, back up to the top, back to the bottom.  It takes me about 10 solid minutes to move on to something else.  You knocked all of these cooks out of the park as usual!!!!!  Keep up the awesome cooks, great picture taking and brightening of my day on a regular basis with your great posts.

Other thoughts as I scrolled through this post.
-I wonder if he upgraded the fan in his vent hood....to the Binford 9000!!!

-I miss my boat

-I'm hungry

-I'm really hungry

-A rum drink at 7:48am my time is probably a little too early

-I need a cigarette

-Damn

-Double damn, look at those smash burgers

-It does look a little smokey in there....still needs to upgrade to the Binford 9000!

-I need to find some globe lights

-Smash burgers, hot dogs, with mushrooms onions and cheese, oh my!

I shared this with my buddies today before lunch. They were in shock seeing what a kettle can do. Awesome job brother.

Wow that is an amazing variety of food and a great kettle setup. I am very jealous of the location too. Wow just wow!

This is 4 months old but I was just as happy to look at it a second time. I need a cook shack and a lake.

I was a little behind on some posts and came across this. It looked so amazing I figured everyone should see it again.
