Wow, what cut of beef is that and did you use a slice?  Those slices are perfect.

It's corned beef that I soaked in water for a couple hours then seasoned with black pepper and granulated garlic and smoked with cherry wood until internal temp of 195.

I used a sharp carving knife to slice as thin as I could.

Thanks. I thought so too when I saw it at the grocery store. It was on sale for $6.99 per lb and I couldn't pass it up
