Chimichurri strip steak
« on: March 02, 2017, 06:45:02 PM »
Tried something different tonight than my normal steak night. Made a Argentina chimichurri sauce on strips. Was hesitant, but wow , great flavor and goes well with beef. Really easy and fun cook.

Damn dude. That looks great. Nice one. I think I would like that sauce. The wife doesn't like cilantro. How strong is the cilantro flavor?

To me , everything balanced out. Hard to describe the taste , because it's a explosion of flavor and a very fresh light taste.  I did equal parts cilantro and parsley , but you could use less cilantro.
