Found pork loin on sale at Kroger for like .87 a pound so I grabbed a couple and ran home to get em started.

They went for about 6 hours at 240, I put em in da Texas crutch at 130 and brought em up to 150

Oh da rub is just a simple mixture of 1/2 texjoy rib rub and 1/2 maple smoke house rub by McCormick
