We hosted a Super Bowl party and had about 24 adults. There were about 6 kids but none of them really eat, all under 5 years of age.

I started with some country style ribs to make butt nuggets

Staging on kettle while WSM is set up

Chuck roast for shredded beef

Moving things around and getting good color

CSRs cubed and ready to go back on to make butt nuggets (pork burnt ends)

Beef shredded

Also did 125 wings to make sure we had enough

And of course my lovely wife capturing the dorky grilling dad I am

Good cook, great experience and thankfully my timing went well. Best part: leftovers!

Hope y'all had a super Sunday

Dang man, that looks awesome!  I haven't done country style ribs. How long did they take?

My preference is cook at 275 till probe tender, approx 3-4 hours. Rest 15-30 min, cube, sauce, rub, mix, cover pan and cook again (smoker or oven) for at least another 1.

Impressive cook!
How did those butt nuggets turn out?
I was thinking of trying these the other day
