Wings are my favorite. Those look great.  If you start dropping your lid than you've reached the drinking limit.

Hey Hoosier, I bought some 1x1 to sit on my retaining wall to set my lids on when I'm drin....cooking, like now. Does that count, buddy???

As long as the lid does not crash to the ground, you are within the legal limit. I was pushing the boundaries today.

This is what i look like after a full day of smoking and drinking in freezing weather. Still standing but weary. But still within the legal limit.

@HoosierKettle Yeah man, I'm with ya there. That cold... will take it right out of ya. I've been working days at the brass shop all week. You can't hug the furnaces enough to stay warm. Drive home, have a beer, and get warm... done...

Simple used "All purpose flower" and ...

Cooked with a custom made "Vortex" took 1 hr rotating the lid vent every 15min.

Turned out a nice and crunchy skin and juicy meat! Next time more heat!

A friend of mine made it at his work.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!
