I'd like to see some of the low carb , dash diet , healthy eating dishes you guys are cooking up.

Here's a few items on my families menu  that we love .

Thai Pork Sliders

Grilled Chicken Apple Sausage with grilled cheese tortellini

We toss the hot Tortellini off the grill  on top of salad greens also , makes for a nice light meal and it's really good with the Olive Garden light dressing

Let's see your favorites

Just cook the pasta as you normally would , let cool then toss in oil and rub. Grill until hot 2-3 minutes . Hot pasta out of the water sticks to the grill  pan  found out the hard way lol

Thats a great idea! I'll be trying some grilled pasta for sure.

Travis

Like that grilled pasta idea. Thanks for the tips.
We eat pretty healthy round our house. Of course with the occasionally butt, ribs, and burgers. Here's a couple from the last two days

Grilled veggies seasoned and finished in a basaltic vinegar along side a marinated pork tenderloin.

Fish tacos for lunch

That looks very nice. Personally it's hard for me to eat like that in the winter.

Thanks guys!
Recipe was something my wife found on Pinterest, it's really good

Honey-Apple Cider Vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons mustard (I like either dijon or honey mustard)
3/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
3/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

I used Dijon mustard and that fancy "mothers" type apple cider vinegar

I save all of my carbs for beer. Might as well drink your bread instead of eat it.
