New Vortex 1st cook

First time using the Vortex. Wings with garlic Sriracha from Weber. Turned out pretty dang good! Money well spent.

If you are using a vortex, if you have a junker charcoal grate around it's best to use it on dedicated vortex cooks. If you use it enough the Vortex produces so much heat they tend to damage those grates.
