So last night I decided to clean the freezer out and found some wings that had been in there a while. Been a while since I had wings and I love wings. Did a quick thaw and got them in some brine overnight. Pulled them out this morning, rinsed, and patted dry. Sprinkled some Big Poppa Smokers Cuckoo Racha spicy chili dust on and put back in the fridge till lunch time.

On the grill with Stubbs at about 400 with a chunk of apple.

Just about finished up, quick toss over the coals and it's time to eat.

The money shots, these were my best wings yet. Can't wait to cook these again.

I saw you posted those in "No Explanation". I was hoping you would put it in a thread. Dude, those look amazing. Perfect color. I like to sear before going indirect. I'm gonna try your way. That skin looks perfect.

Dude, those look great. I was craving wings earlier today and did a cook of my own.
Looking for colored 18's and SJ's.

It was awesome. Has some good kick to it. I like a good buffalo wing, but it's nice to enjoy wings without all that mess and extra steps with sauce.
