Cheese smoke this morning

Couldn't wait, so cut into some smoked cheddar with elk sausage. Yumm-o!

Nice Nate! The first chess (and bacon) I smoked tasted like an ashtray when I got into it too early. I like to wait a couple weeks but I'm still pretty new on the whole thing.
