@WNC Thanks! From what I can tell so far is I had a 36" Rangehood with the ability to run 160 CFM and I would need to open the entrance door and the overhead door part way and we would still have smoke in the garage.
So once I built and installed I did a Steak and hotdogs as a test run. NO smoke in the garage
! Doors closed heat on and all was well! So next day is when we reheated the Pork and did the Irish Bangers on the grill 16 people grill going and NOTHING! *its now (2) 160 CFM fans getting rid of the smoke
