Bachelor night Brats

Found these at the local Grocery

Chopped some sweet onion and yellow bell pepper and fired up the Black '83


If you see these brats...get them....very good

Looks good! Love a good brat. I cook mine in the skillet in beer with onion. Then finish on the grill.

I usually put them in thw skillet with a little beer, but did a reverse sear on these and was very impressed

I didn't know it was called that but I think I always reverse sear. I put the peppers and onions over the heat and brats opposite then switch sides once mostly cooked to get grill marks on the brats. Looks like what you did?  I really like that method. You can cook them perfect with little to know splitting.
