stuck screws instead of thumbscrews
« on: September 18, 2016, 04:46:23 PM »
So I just got a kettle with leg thumbscrews...but as it is with all my pickups, there's a problem.  These people took mod month to another level...pics will be forthcoming...eventually.  First, my question is how can I get these legs out?  I cannot do any of the other restore work until I get these darn legs out.  Any help would be appreciated!

Are they rusted in?

Liquid Wrench or one of the rust melting type products (names escape me right now) & let it sit for a few hours......
