Hey guys saw a pic in a garage sale ad online with a kettle missing the table. It was off to the side in the pic and  was hard to make out thought it was a 22" so anyway got there and here is this little 18" with ash cacher set up in the cart with a broken top was going to get it for a friend who only has a 18" and needs a 22" kettle. Well the bowl and sweeps were all good the lid bale wire was missing has a decent cover one of the old heavy duty ones so anyway I walk away with it for $5 thinking I should use the plastic table for a pattern and make a wood table for it not sure what I'm going to do with this now

That is a cool idea to mount my 18" WSM to it I wonder how stable it is it looks kind of top heavy I suppose if it's just sitting cooking should be no problem I might want to take the top off to roll it around

So do u know did they call it a 18" deluxe?
Another thought I just had has anyone had experience using the kettle pizza with an 18" kettle as opposed to a 22" I was wondering if it is easier to keep an 18" hotter for pizza cooking or a 22" I just thought less space to heat maybe the pizza would cook faster or if the extra room of a 22" is a better benefit

It's an 18'' One Touch Platinum. Very cool score.

It's surprisingly stable. I wheel it around a lot. Over gravel I keep a hand on the lid. I thought about cutting it down a couple inches, but it's perfect where it is.
