Broke in my new MT I bought from Wallyworld for $99. I used the Smoke EZ for the 90 minute ride.

That's a great looking bird!  How do you like that Smoke EZ?  I have always been a drum head but have been thinking about making the switch.  For some reason, my wife seems against it though.

I really love the Smoke EZ. I have cooked some of my best chicken on it. So versatile as well. You will not be disappointed!
