Well my wife and I went with @ctwhyme and his wife and son went to the WKC 4th Annual Chicago Meetup @zavod44 house had a great time. Thank you Brian for having us out.

I was one of the lucky people to win a raffle drawing prize. I was looking into buying one for the last few weeks and going back and forth about which one to buy. Well now I have it and want to use it, but too late and way to tipsy by the time I got home after stopping at ctwhyme house after the meetup.

So now Sunday! My wife and I get up and I tell her I need to use that today! She said "there's difference between want and need" I said I understand :'(.

Okay when are we going to the farmers market? ;D?.

My wife packed us a few sandwiches for our road trip and we go and buy what we need at the farmers market and now time to cook!

Now my wife and I agree this was good but not up to either of our standers, needs something but we are not sure what it is but it needs something :o. I will keep up the practice and keep all of you informed! I really look forward to the practice ;)

I think your post just convinced me to buy that wok. I'm also digging the performer. What style are these noodles supposed to be? If it's supposed to be Filipino style pancit, are you using fish sauce to give it more depth of flavor and saltiness?

Fried rice? Pad Thai? Chongqing chicken? Fajitas? Chicken teriyaki? Kimchi Jigae? Ok now I'm getting hungry.

I've only done one cook on mine so far. Basic chicken, veggies and some noodles. That looks killer, Shoestring! And of course that bad ass dual otp!!

Here is a really good recipe for Beef with Broccoli that I found and have cooked on my weber wok.  I thought it came out great.  I did read through the recipe a few times before I cooked it to figure out how to do it without removing anything to cook the next part of it.  I think I left out the tomatoes since that is something that wouldn't normally come with good beef with broccoli.  Most of the really good recipes I've found involved quite a few ingredients instead of using a sauce packet or all in one bottled sauce.
