Hot and Lazy Sunday afternoon in the Deep South
« on: July 31, 2016, 10:24:32 AM »
Got a nice rack of baby backs and a piece of salmon on the copper performer. Using kingsford briquets and applewood chunks along with the snake and 3-2-1 methods for the ribs. Experimenting with the fish.

It turned out very good. Ended up flaking the fish up, added seasoned bread crumbs and making patties. Wife did a hollandaise sauce with a fried egg on top. Excellent breakfast.
