This was last weekends cook. Loin backs (top rack) got a dusting of Rub and the spares were cooked using the competition rib recipe in the Summit cooking book they send you when you register the grill.

Fired up the 26 for the chicken - she has felt neglected since the arrival of the Summit.
Chicken wings cooking up nicely - they were cut up a bit funny - must have had a newbie back in the butcher shop
