anyone in the east bay area know of anywhere I can get grass fed beef fat trimmings?

If anyone will have it, one of these two butcher shops will. Everything they carry is grass fed.  I buy my meats from both. I can almost guarantee the first one will because they believe in using the entire animal. Call them to make sure though.
