Busted out the big guns for this weekend's bday cook. Menu was hybrid Filipino and American with baby back ribs done with @Troy's recipe, pancit, meat and veggie lumpia, corn, lemongrass chicken inasal, Filipino BBQ pork skewers, smoked peaches, and asparagus. My wife also baked me a yellow cake with chocolate frosting and a mocha tart with salted caramel and shaved chocolate. All done over charcoal except for the cakes. Kudos to @austin87 for manning the RK. Thanks for looking!

Very nice! There's a picture of a wok sitting on a ring of some sort. Is that just the holder or a cooker?

Looks great and happy bday!

Thanks! The wok is sitting on a cheap wok ring. The wok ring keeps it stable on the stove or flat surface. I placed the wok inside of the gourmet grate hole for cooking.

Slice the peaches in half, remove the pit, add some brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Cook at high heat until soft. I prefer high heat for a faster cook so that the peaches don't take up too much smoke.

Sounds easy, delicious, and like a great match for a scoop of ice cream.

Totally. Throw them on once you're done cooking the main course and they'll be ready by the time you are done eating.
