This is what happens when roll sausage is on sale and you realize that you overbought....so after rummaging through the fridge and pantry you find a few peppers, a half an onion, a couple of potatoes,  two pounds of bacon and three 8 oz. bricks of cheese:

I really never find 2lbs of bacon in my fridge. I think explains several of my problems.
