Then I placed some Broccoli in the empty Spinach container & tossed with
Italian Dressing
This is happening again, Soon.

Agreed, well used CI is Grillfella's friend...
(less healthy frzn bagged beans & tsp of lard preheated/stirred like 80+ WWII vet PaPaw did it)

, its was Medium by the end of the cook... I'd reverse my order some next time; I had already pulled corn & onion out of the basement & done 2 half # "thick burgers w/ cheese" (MeatHead's style, not pictured =my healthy post) then raked the remaining 15+ hot coals to the corner of the SnS to preheat and go CI...
