Tilapia Fillets With Garlic Mustard Aioli
« on: June 06, 2016, 04:34:56 PM »
Raided this recipe tonight:

http://www.food.com/recipe/grilled-tilapia-208470

Thought I had dijion mustard but did not so sub'd normal yellow. I used a couple different Dizzy Pig rubs I had on hand to do my 2 fillets....Pineapple Head and IPA.

This tasted very good boys:

It actually was better than it looked Jeff. Problem was I used normal Mayo.....damn. I really should have gotten my glasses out to read the label. I made the aioli again yesterday for a redo of this cook using greek yogurt. Problem was I used the same amounts of mustard and garlic as the first time and the yogurt is not nearly as rich as mayo so the balance was way out of whack. I am thinking a third the amount might be about correct.
