Some really badass entries fella's - wow!  I meant to get this up Wed night but passed out. Then last night my internet connection was down... Blah blah blah.... Anyways, here's my burger entry. Posting through TT here so don't mind the lack of descriptions

It's called a Cookina Grilling Sheet and is my new favorite accessory 8)

Silicone sheet?

Not silicone - its a woven Kevlar or carbon of some kind that allows all heat through but no liquids etc will fall down into the grill. It cant go directly over the charcoal but off to the side works fine. It's good up to 550ish
