Louisiana cajun style wings

Picked up some wings from a new meat shop that opened last week. Finally got a little break from the kiddos to grill em up for my dinner. Turned out awesome.

looks really good, where did you get that grate? I just picked myself a kettle 26inch and looking to do some modifications to it.
