Converting a LP Genesis to Natural Gas?
« on: May 31, 2016, 08:35:57 AM »
I have an old 3 burner red Genesis and just got Natural gas run to my house.
Anyone swapped their regulator and burners?

Advice?

You can order a new manifold and regulator from Ereplacements.com, or, you could drill out / resize the orifice spuds to NG requirements and replace the regulator.   Not sure of the exact size, but will try to find some info on it.

Another option is that you might find someone will to trade manifolds/regulators, or find a donor grill.    Most of the times that I've seen, people were wanting to go the other way, from NG to LPG.   Also, at least around here, NG grills are much harder to sell and usually go for less than identical LPG grills.
