A little while  back I donated my cooking services to a charity event auction . Last Saturday it was time to cook for the winning bidder and his friends and family .

On the menu
Apps
Prosciutto and provolone wrapped asparagus
Goat cheese grilled sweet peppers some bacon wrapped

Salad was a grilled romaine dressed with a balsamic reduction with a jalapeƱo cornbread

Entrees
Pepper Stout Beef
Kettle Fried Chicken

Sides
Calico Smoked Beans
Honey glazed grilled carrots
Grilled Brussels sprouts with bacon

Dessert

Raspberry Mascarpone Pizzas

Not a lot of pictures I was running 4 grills and had to serve everything at the same time , hard work !

The guests freaked out over the food , I got rave reviews .

Bloody good show Dave. I'd have freaked out if getting to chow down too.

That's how you do it! Way to show them how it's done.

Man, nice cook!
Did you have any help? That must have been a lot of work running all those grills.
Food looks great!
