Second cook on new weber 22.

Couple of leg quarters and a Vidalia onion.

Trying to get the hang of working the temperature.

Been cooking onions like that for years on a gas grill. First time on charcoal. Came out pretty good. Needed a little longer though.

Chicken came out awesome.

Definitely prefer charcoal.

Been wanting a Weber for a couple years. Fortunately the gasser needs a new burner and grate (grates rusted) so this led me to buying a Weber 22 last weekend. This weekend I went and bought a lot of KBB, 6  two packs.

I think I saw it on the weber website, but it was cooking the onions directly on the coals.  I cook corn that way and it's easy and delicious. I think I'll try it with an onion.
