Isn't that the image from the CL ad? We need to see a cleaned-up picture with like 4 chickens spinning on that. ;)
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Holy crap!i can't believe that's even the same grill.

How did you get the black finish back so good? I've haven't restored one yet so have no clue. Damn brother, that is amazing!

I would take that over a new one any day.

@Travis coating a faded black grill with Pam and getting her hot, will bring the black back. It's temporary though.

Any of you guys what to venture the age of the above grill. When I bought it the owner said it was 30 years old but I have my own Ideas.

Based on the wood handle, wheels and MBH, I'd guess '64 to '72.  I'm new around here so unless I saw a close-up of the daisy wheel, I don't think I could narrow it down any more than that.

Did you paint it?  If not, how did you get it from grey to black?  I have a grey '76-'77 that I'd like to see black again.

Nice work!!
