Put an 8 pound shank portion ham on Ol Fireball (78 redhead). While that was going I made breakfast..Wright brand bacon, local sausage and...Grilled donuts. Everything turned out awesome.

Got to try out the charcoal basket my buddy made for me. It holds 1 full chimney. Or..1 compact chimney unlit and 1 compact chimney lit , for low n slow.
Worked great, had to add about 20 briquettes over a 5 hour cook.
