I had smoked a pork butt and made the Mac and cheese both on Sunday so the prep was fairly simple , cut and fill the peppers.
The mini spuds roast at 400 for 30 minutes and then need to cool before coring and filling , the wings were store bought and easy . Id say it took us about an hour to prep it all , wings took 45 minutes and the peppers about the same amount of time to cook . I cooked two batches during the game.

I cut a little bit off the bottom stem  to make it stand up . With a chefs knife I went in at an angle slightly down and towards the center, then I turned the onion in a circle like a can opener. Once that was removed I used a spoon and scraped out a bowl shape . Olive oil and seasoning and then grilled until tender but not falling apart , I filled it with French onion dip.
