I've done some things like this too....they're really good & wrap just that much faster than ABT's.....
Done them different ways.....saucing on the Kettle, but it's kinda messy....another way is to smoke them off & then pan them, splash some sauce over the pile & foil over to steam the sauce onto the balls....
These are a lot like the original MOINK balls (Moo, for cow....Onik, for pig, MOINK!!)
Also found some Buffalo chicken flavored balls (1/2 oz. frozen) & used those for CHOINK balls....really good!!!
