Just can't wait for spring to give this one a ride. Needs some TCL, but she is a cooker.
She was looking for love this special day, along with the bride.
Nothing out of the box for the cook, Chuck Eyes and Shrimp.



She's turning color...


Some indirect smoke time.


Ready to come off.


And finally plated.

Looks good to me!  Nice seeing the old grills doing what they were made to do!

I like everything about this cook-up, including that beautiful white stuff in the background ... Cooking in the cold ... Real cold.  :D ;) ;)
