Got a recipe for garlic Parmesan wings?
« on: February 02, 2016, 04:13:11 PM »
Looking to trying something different with wings this weekend.

Does anyone have a good recipe for garlic Parmesan wings?

I generally just spice some butter with fresh minced garlic and Parmesan until it gets to the flavor and consistency that works for me, then toss in the wings until coated.

I like to make a bunch of wings, and several sauces for tossing: garlic parmesan, peanut butter and jelly (don't knock it until you try it), hot sauce, mild sauce, etc.

1 stick of butter,,,,,,,,,I buy garlic paste and use a generous amount,,,,I go with a tablespoon and a half....depending on how much you like garlic.  at least a half cup of your favorite hot sauce......I had franks last time and was good.............if I have worcestershire i will put in a table spoon also.

@jfbincypress Can you explain how you do your PB&J wings?

@THE ohio boy Does the franks over power the garlic and Parmesan?

I don't think so but maybe start with 1/3 cup of hot sauce and go from there.  I have used Texas Pete and tobasco as well...... Slightly different flavor......I have also used garlic juice instead of the minced or paste
