Hey guys, just posted my first pics on this forum of brisket, but thought I'd also throw up some assorted pics of cooks from over the years. The final pic isn't anything grilled, but it is the seafood platter I made the day I proposed to my wife.

Thanks.  For the fish - I cooked over very low heat some olive oil, minced garlic and red pepper flakes for awhile.  Then threw in some chopped parsley and spooned it over the fish once off the grill.
