3 meats ,3 cheeses, sautéed onion and garlic rolled up in pizza crust  sliced like cinnamon rolls and grilled . Served with jalapeño butter and sweet potato fries.

First I sautéed the onion and Garlic and roasted 2 jalapeños  , then I browned the ground pork and ground beef and mixed all those together. To that I added 2 cups shredded mozzarella, 2 cups Swiss, 1 cup Gorgonzola cheeses and 2 cups cooked bacon  . I seasoned the mixture with some rub and set aside.

I put the jalapeños in a plastic bag to sweat so I could peel off the skins . With a stick of unsalted butter I mixed in the roasted jalapeño , 1/4 tsp salt and pepper and weber chipotle seasoning , rolled up and chilled .

Next I rolled out the canned pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12x8 rectangle.

I added the meat and cheese mixture leaving a 1" edge all around .

Next we rolled up the mixture inside the dough and pinched off the seams . I stuck both rolls in the freezer to set up prior to slicing them  into burgers.

I set up for indirect grilling I cooked at around 400 degrees  until the dough was golden brown and cooked through about 15-20 minutes turning regularly.

I tossed on some waffle cut sweet potatoes and topped those with Gorgonzola , salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne .
