PIE:

Not to be confused with a pizza...This is a no yeast butter dough. Flattend out´n´put in a shallow Pizza/pie pan. Filled with sauted shrooms/smoked porkloin/coctail maters.

Added a simple egg wash and topped with cheese.

Cooked indirect for about 40 min(rotated half way in)

Sliced

Cred for this one goes to Emilie(wife)

The wife over here makes one quite a bit like that...

& on the wife subject, Emilie looks pretty happy about it, too !!
