2015 Thanksgiving on the Rotor

I'm not the best writer In the world, but I believe these pictures speak for themselves.

I will state that this is he first time I've done this and it came out freakin great. I used to think frying them up was the best, but smokin it is way better.

Beginning:

It stalled after an hour and I had to chimney another set of coals:

After the stall, I finally hit a 175
