Ribeye and filet
« on: November 24, 2015, 02:24:20 AM »
First time cooking steaks on charcoal.  I think it went pretty good.  1 bone in ribeye and 2 filets.  Filets were marinated for my wife( she hates black pepper and seasonings), ribeye just got oil and a steak seasoning.  Did the 2-2x2-2, then 6mins indirect.  Kettle was running around 550.  I forgot to get a plate shot of the ribeye it was delicious but alittle to much on the rare side of med-rare for me.
