Didn't have a lot of time to low and slow these, so I started off with some rub sent to me from
@jamesnomore from the last rub trade. This is the first chance I've gotten to use it.
Got to say this rub is an
11 out of 10! Seriously James, one of the best rubs I've ever had, and I kinda hate admitting that, because I make a rub too...
BBs going on the rotisserie
Smoking away with some cherry and hickory
After an hour, fire may have been running a little too hot. More color on them than I wanted
After about an hour and 15 minutes the toothpick told me they were done. Brushed on some sauce and held them foil for a while
Pulled apart to eat!
All in all not too bad.
I still prefer low and slow, but when trying to get ribs done quick, this will work. I did like the crusty exterior.
