Smoked Sausage Casarole

Dad used to make this. I make it pretty much the same but I smoke the sausages.

The Blue MT is for smoking and Green OTG is for grilling:



After an hour and a bit of smoke they are ready to be grilled:





The sausages were then chilled and I cooked some carrots and potatoes and chilled them too.

My ingredients:



Cook down the onions and mushrooms:



Then add everything else in......I had to remove some of those taters as there was way too many.:



Done. This will taste better after a night in the fridge:

What? Nobody pointed out my Mickey Mouse spatula? Got a real good reason to have and use it, (my step daughter gave it to me for Christmas), but I was waiting for it.

In the picture with the onions and mushrooms I noticed the spatula but not for Mickey mouse. I thought it looks like your spatula had testicles but didnt want to point it out. Stew looks warm and hardy perfect for a day like today.
