First smoke on a new WSM 18

I bought a WSM last Friday the 2nd, did a few mods, the char grill handles, and some side center section handles, I've got a CB door on the way, anyway I did some ribs Sunday the thing held temp perfectly and the ribs were perfect.






An hour and a half in holding temp perfectly






5 ours in







anyway I love the rig and look forward to more smoke, hope yall like it.

God I luv Ur man cave (er, sorry, outdoor kitchen)  ...  I could just see myself in that space smoking logs, smoking ribs, and smoking cigars while watching the game and drinking single malt :)  :)  ;D                               SJ
