Mustard, homemade all purpose rub mixed with brown sugar

Set up a snake with kbb with small RO lump with wild cherry wood

Ran about 250 for just about 3 hours then foiled till tender

Sprayed with Apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire during the cook and added some when foiled.   Turned out great!
