Eagles Game Drum Sticks

Rubbed with: Salt, Pepper, Cayene, Thyme and Paprika


Firing up a chimney with Joe


Indirect from the start with 1 basket of Kingsford bricks


Ran for about an hour then rolled and sauced and covered for another 20 minutes or so.


Sticks got a very short (30 seconds tops) roll over the coals for a slight reverse sear



Plated up



They were very juicy. Sauce was Weber BBQ with added Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce and small splash of apple cider vinegar.
