Labor day cook
« on: September 07, 2015, 04:19:59 PM »
Hi all,  been gone a long time but figured I would pop in.

Kind of an Aaron Franklin style brisket

Pastrami for corned beef

The pit

Served it with crumbly cheetos topped Mac n cheese, beans, and cornbread.

Burnt ends
