Other than grilling the andouille sausage prior to throwing it in the pot, not really Weber related. My first attempt at a low country boil. Fool proof and pretty damn good. Here's your (and everyone else at the tables) plate. Dig in!

We did a Cajun boil a few weeks ago. Discovered, I love crawfish.
