Didn't get the big griddle out for this one, I wanted to season my CI pan with bacon.  Used a griddle that I have for my Q, first time I used it, it worked out nicely.

I haven't had French Toast in ages but after seeing this that needs to change asap!

A Canadian that hasn't had "French" toast in ages?  I am trying to find a similar comparison.  Mexican not having taco's?  Texan not having brisket?  IDK
