Nice cook! Shrimp looks great, good idea keeping the shells on.

cooked radishes become very mellow and do not resemble raw radishes at all. I generally place them in a foil pouch with other veggies such as 'taters, zucchini, or carrots. Season them with what ever I'm in the mood for and let'um steam until tender.

thanks, I've recently been trying something different with the shrimp with good success. I let the shrimp sit in a bath of cold water and crab boil for an hour or so before cooking. Then I place them on skewers with the shells still on,  and grill hot and fast. Be careful not to over cook. Dang good stuff, taste like boiled shrimp.  It's a good way to add a few shrimp to an otherwise ordinary meal without much trouble.

You had me at shell-on shrimp. I love the crunch. Now if it were only easier to get them with the head-on...

She'll on shrimp are so tasty and a lot more forgiving than peeled ones. Great cook all around.
