I'd had been thinking about building a Mini WSM and saw a post from a while back that Wal-Mart was "clearing out" the 14.5 WSM's for $154. Figured I'd go look, they were $154 but were sold out. I looked around a little and found three of the 18.5 WSM on clearance too! at $199 - $100 bucks off. Needless to say I had to pull the trigger and it's in the back seat of my car...
